Blaize is a handsome hunk of a Boxer boy, brought in with his Boxer gal pal, Suzi.  They were both dumped together at a kill shelter in Moreno Valley right before Christmas.  We were packed to the gills, and we asked the shelter staff to hold them and give us some time to make space for them.  Well, another week or two went by, and Blaize and Suzi were STILL at the shelter, facing certain euthanasia, so … we did some serious wiggling and scrunching and found a space for them at our adoption center.  Blaize was dog-tested for temperament at the shelter, and he passed with flying colors!  He’s been a little reactive at our kennel facility, which is not surprising, since the new smells and new noises can be quite stressful, especially since these two were probably used to being in a home environment.  We estimate Blaize’s age to be between 7-8 years young, and he weighs a hefty 65-70 lbs.  In typical Boxer form, he is by your side, always attentive, calm, and loves the companionship he receives from humans.  He’s been great on his leash walks, and he and Suzi have both completed their medical intake and are ready for adoption.  Applications on our website (to get the process started).  For more info, “info@lastchanceatlife.org”
