Phoebe is a gorgeous chocolate-colored Chihuahua who came to us from SDACC Carlsbad with some skin issues and needing dental work. She has completed her medical intake and doing great! She is the sweetest, most lovable little Chi — so much soulfulness in those eyes! She weighs approximately 4 pounds – itty bitty, and just needs a warm lap to rest on in her senior years.
