Rachel is a sassy young lady that was found living in a field in Vista. You have to be sassy to survive out in the big world on your own! She came to us in good health but needed the usual “well care.” She received all that from the wonderful Doctors and staff at Mission Animal and Bird Hospital as all of our adoptables do. She is currently staying in a home with an amazing foster mom Norma so she can learn what its like to have love and food on a regular basis.
