Personality:

While he may be quiet and unassuming when you first meet him, he quickly steals your heart as he meets your eyes and doesn’t look away.  This guy came in as a stray and it is hard to believe why anyone would let him get away.  He hasn’t been with us very long but his temperament seems very stable and even. He is people friendly and dog friendly.  We aren’t sure about cats.  If you are looking for a buddy that won’t take much training, Otis is the one for you!
