Appa is a young and hyper dog who is very interested in life. He is a little timid even though he is super excited. He has basic training—sit, stay, lay down, place—but all of it will need to be reinforced once he is in a new home.

He doesn’t seem to have gone on many outings in his prior home. He needs an owner who will work with him on building his confidence.
