Frank found himself in a Southern California shelter on Halloween as a stray. After a couple months in the shelter without finding his forever family, LCAL was asked to step in and give Frank a change of scenery.

Frank is a friendly LOVE of a dog. He is short and strong with a big, irresistible, adorable head, earning him the nickname of Frank the Tank. He likes his walks and hanging out.

He has been introduced to a number of different dogs and has done well with all. He recently went into foster care which will soon allow us to know more about his personality and quirks!!
