Meet Frankie! What a fun little ball of fluff this guy is. He’s about 1 year old, he loves to interact with people and has tons of energy! He has done well with the other dogs both large and small in our care and has had the volunteers just falling on love with him. You might have seen him and Jenny on instagram!!!
