Personality:

This gentle giant is absolutely stunning.  Guaranteed to make heads turn, Franklin is friendly with people and with other dogs.  Despite his size, he is not a dog that needs a lot of running room. While he enjoys his walks, he is very happy to stay inside be “with his humans”.  He is currently in a foster home and in a structured training program as he has a strong desire to chase his tail.  When he came into the rescue, this behavior was constant.  He is making gains but will need to go into a home that is dedicated to continuing to work with him to eliminate this behavior. A home without small children would also be recommended due to his tail chasing.
