Age: 5 years (Frigga); 8 weeks (pups)
Size: Frigga medium-sized; pups will likely grow to be medium-large
Health: Frigga to be spayed before adoption, also will see ophthalmologist for eye issue, otherwise healthy
Ideal Match: Anybody willing to offer love and good care; all are easy-going and easily trainable
Personality:
After taking great care of her pups and being a wonderful mama, Frigga is looking forward to being somebody’s fur baby. 🙂 She is a laid back girl—easy to live with and easy to love! Frigga is very loving and solicits attention and pets. She likes to hang out with her human. When her foster mom is at the computer, Frigga likes to lay at her feet.
Frigga gets along with all of the dogs in her foster home even with her pups around. She is crate trained and house broken. She will be spayed prior to adoption. She will also see an ophthalmologist for a congenital eye issue.
Frigga came in with her 4 puppies. They came down with parvo and battled the virus at the hospital. The female, Jane, did not make it. Run free, little one. The three males pulled through and will be ready for their forever homes in a few weeks. They are about 8 weeks old as of May 21. Their names are:
Thor (black male)
Idris (brown male) – NOW ADOPTED
Loki (male, black and white) NOW ADOPTED
These sweet pups will need guidance and boundaries to grow into the best dogs they can be. We highly recommend taking a Rescue Adopter Certification Course ($75 with discount code) and/or completing a Puppy Training Package ($175 with discount code) with Dog Sense Training. We will email these codes to you after you become an approved adopter with LCAL.
