Chewy is a young scruffy lad who came to us with horrible neglect condition — matted fur around his eyes, so badly that it interfered with his vision and we found that he has a hole in his cornea. He’s now been medically treated and living in a wonderful foster home where he’s thriving with his foster brother! His foster mom says he is now getting around great, although his eyes are cloudy so she suspects he doesn’t have perfect vision. She describes him as an “adult puppy,” bringing her laughter every single minute of the day!
