Pikachu is a male Cockatiel who came to the LCAL rescue as a stray. Pikachu is not hand tame. He is quite shy with people and has a general fear of hands. He will need time and patience to build trust with his new owner. Pikachu enjoys playing with toys inside of his cage and whistling throughout the day.
