This fun-sized girl is small enough to have that forever puppy look and to be easier to handle, but large enough and athletic enough to play with the big dogs. She likes to run and play at top speeds, and she also likes to relax with a bone and take long naps. She can take a day or two to warm up when in a new home, but once she does, she is a sweet and loyal companion. She does well with dogs and humans, is house-trained, and sleeps through the night. All in all she is an easy, low-maintenance dog!

She has done well in a home with a 6-year-old and an 8-year-old (with coaching to the kids to give her some time and space to let her warm up). We are working through her fear of the doggy door and the car.

Raven is one of 7 dogs saved from a rural shelter that had run out of space. She was picked up as a stray.
