Rockie came to us from Animal Friends of the Valleys in Wildomar. He is a quirky guy like most boxers, and very sweet and affectionate. It doesn’t take him long to decide he loves you! He loves to play fetch with his stuffed animals and is a quick learner for treats. He currently knows how to wait at doorways and sit, though with the right help has the potential for so much more! 

He respects boundaries that are set firmly, staying off of our furniture after only one correction. He’s a strong boy and is working on his leash manners. He will heel when his handler gives him firm boundaries and presents strong leadership. We believe that he will thrive in a home that sets boundaries throughout the house and gives him structure. If he isn’t given clear boundaries he could feel the need to take a leadership role in your relationship.

Rockie would do best in a home with children who understand boundaries. He does not appreciate being fussed over, and will likely prefer a house where he can relax without prying hands.
