Personality:

Sweet and stoic are both words that describe this guy.  Ziggy is super sweet and lovable but showed us just how stoic he can be when he had to have surgery shortly after arrival.  When he came to us, he had a deformity of one of his toes which required amputation.  Despite the pain before and after his surgery, he was a real trooper – tolerating frequent bandage changes and medical treatments to his foot.  He is well on his way to recovery now and is ready for his new home. He is friendly with people and with dogs – just a real joy to be around!
