Jasper is a goofy, playful, smart, energetic, strong, BIG boy! He is very friendly with people and other dogs, though he can come on strong with other dogs in a playful/active way. We have begun some basic training with him, as he needs to learn to sit, to keep all four paws on the ground, and to walk nicely on a leash.

Jasper entered a local shelter as a stray but no one came looking for him in the month he was there, so LCAL brought him into our fold to focus on training and finding him a family.  Given his size and strength, a home with small children would not be a good setting for him.  Children over the age of 13 would be recommended.
