This brother-and-sister Schnauzer duo came to us from the Humane Society of Imperial County on September 17th as unclaimed strays. They are approximately 6-7 years old and weigh approximately 15 lbs each. Both have very calm and sweet dispositions. Hansel is a little more outgoing than his sister, and he is her protector. Gretel is a bit more shy and timid, but just as sweet. They are both lovely on leash, good in their crates, rode wonderfully in the car, and have been good with the few dogs we’ve introduced them to in their short time with us so far. Their coats were terribly matted, and this is their photo when they arrived. They are both having their medical intake process and grooming done and will be ready for adoption by September 25th. We will update their “after” photos once those are completed as well. For more info and application (email@example.com) – online applications are under the Dog Adoption Application tab on our website.
